This style of practice combines the components of High Intensity Training & Yoga Toning & Yoga Stretching while focusing on the importance of the Breath throughout the workout. Breath awareness is important in all aspects of fitness, whether it may be Intense or Extremely Gentle! Beginners and advanced students will both be given the option to choose between "easier" and "harder" versions depending on how you feel each time you approach this class. If you need to catch your breath do so by choosing an "easier" version and then jump back into the 'harder" when you feel ready.
Come prepared to break a sweat, to feel the blood running through your veins, and your heart beating through your chest.

Wednesdays at Coed Lower Level 9 am-10am
Strong Mom Workout
Created for parents wanting to workout with their kids, this class shows you how to incorporate the whole family into your exercise session. Moms, dads, grandparents, aunties, uncles, and kiddos are all welcome to attend. 6 Adult limit per class.
Wednesday at Coed Lower Level 2-3pm
2 Participants minimum, sign-up required. 24 hour notice for cancellation.
